By downloading or using RealLUT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
RealLUT grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You keep all rights to the videos, photos, and LUT files you import and the videos you export. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you edit.
RealLUT Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks 8K export, ProRes codecs, unlimited LUT stacking, and .cube import. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Signing in is optional and exists to sync your Pro subscription across devices. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, and not to use it to produce content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
RealLUT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of footage or projects. Keep backups of footage that matters to you.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
